My fiance, our roommate, and I are very interested in the apartment you listed on craigslist recently (). We do have a few questions though:
1. What are the heating/cooling options in the apartment? Is there air conditioning?
2. Is there a washer/dryer on the property for resident use? If not, are there hookups?
3. Is there any parking on the property or street parking nearby?
4. We're looking to start a lease between May 1st and June 1st. Preferably after May 15th. When exactly will the apartment be available and will a May 15th start of lease be doable?
5. We have one cat and one kitten. Is there any sort of pet deposit or anything else required?
6. Is there a dishwasher?
We'll be moving from Illinois because my fiance recently accepted a research position at John's Hopkins. Since we're not local, I'll be flying in to Baltimore to look at apartments.
